We’re bonkers for Seedlip, the non-alcoholic spirit from the UK (and available in our Shop!). This citrusy cocktail has just a hint of spice. It’s everything nice.
Serves 1
- 2ounces Seedlip Spice 94
- 0.75ounces Lemon juice
- 1ounce Grapefruit juice
- 0.15ounces Sugar syrup
- 1Star anise
- Add all your ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake, shake, shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
- Strain it into a pretty coupe (or any ol’ glass will do).
- If you’re feeling extra fancy, garnish with an edible flower. Or float the star anise on top.
